Tomorrow Together: Building Across Borders - 2025
On November 4, 2025, more than 300 innovators, investors, astronauts, and community leaders across Jewish, Christian, Muslim, and Hindu backgrounds gathered at the Prosserman JCC in Toronto for Tomorrow Together — a celebration of innovation, allyship, and shared purpose. The evening emphasized that in a divided world, entrepreneurship, creativity, and courageous connection have the power to unite. Astronauts Chris Hadfield, Eytan Stibbe, and Henry Wolfond shared perspectives from space — where no borders exist — reminding us that leadership is rooted in clarity, values, and bringing one’s identity and community along for the journey.
The program honored John Ruffolo, Founder & Managing Partner of Maverix Private Equity, with the ChaiTech Community Allyship Award, recognizing his principled leadership and steadfast friendship with the Jewish community.
The SpaceTech Moonshots panel — featuring Dr. Wintta K. Ghebreiyesus, Daniel Sax, and Eyal Ben-Ze’ev, moderated by Jason Carvalho — highlighted how collaboration between Canada and Israel fuels breakthrough innovation. Supported by government leaders, partner institutions, and sponsors — including Carvalho Capital — Tomorrow Together reaffirmed a core truth: when innovators from different cultures come together, we don’t just build companies; we build stronger, more united communities. -
